Label orders have a $30 shipping charge, but when the order is over $500, it is free.

Most other products are priced with free delivery.

If labels are shipped with a product that has free delivery, there is no charge for delivery. However this charge will need to be adjusted manually if the total order is below $500. So send me an email after you have placed your order and before you pay to let me know.

When your shipment has been booked for pickup by FEDEX or TNT, you should receive an email to the email address you supplied when registering your account on the website. 

This email will provide details of your shipment, a tracking number and a link you can click to track its location.

If  you did not receive this email, you can log into your account and click on "My Order" and when you click on the recent order, there will be a tracking number in the order details.

Alternatively send me an email and I can provide the details to you.

When your order has been completed and checked we will book your order for pickup by the shipping company.

Orders when booked for collection typically take 5-7 working days to most city locations in Australia. 

Regional location can take an additional couple of days.

Currently all deliveries are shipped with FEDEX or TNT International.
